And welcome to my blog! I’m Johanna: a San Francisco girl, married to an Italian, and currently living in Milan (with our little one who is just a few months old!). I’ve always had a love for traveling and a bit of spontaneity in life and it’s probably safe to say that I tend to take (and enjoy, despite the occasional challenge) the path less traveled, which has brought me where I am today. 

From California, USA but having lived abroad in Thailand, France, and now Italy, I love bouncing around the globe and spending time experiencing new cultures. I’m a firm believer in following your heart, pursing your dreams, living with passion and purpose and being open to new adventures and opportunities.

This blog is kind of a mix of things from travel adventures, life in Italy, cultural differences and observations to thought-provoking quotes and occasional creative/art projects.
